1. How do I get started? 
Browse around by clicking on the Equipment sidebar button, which will reveal several options for you to choose from. From there you will have the chance to go more in depth by browsing through more catagories. When you find the piece(s) of equipment you would like. Scroll or click on more details to view. When ready to purchase, simply click the BUY NOW button, which will take you to the check-out process.

2. When will my order arrive?
Please look under Shipping Info.

3. Do you charge Sales Tax?
ZenFen.com is only required to charges sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona.

4. Do you have leasing options?
We don’t have a leasing program at this time, but we do have a leasing company we can suggest.

5. When I place and order, when will you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will automatically be charged as soon as you submit the request for an order.

6. What options do I have for payment?
Currently ZenFen.com accepts only credit card payment.
