Shipping Information

Shipping Policies:
ZenFen uses standard ground shipping, which takes approximately 3-7 days shipping time. If not in stock shipping will take 4-6 weeks. At this time shipping is FREE if delivery is within the United States (excluding: Hawaii and Alaska)

Shipping Methods
Because ZenFen only carries large commercial kitchen equipment, we are unable to ship any orders overnight or 2nd day air, we are sorry. Please make sure your shipping address is a deliverable address. If for some reason the shipment cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the shipper. If the delivery is returned to the shipper, the buyer will be charged for re-shipping the order, but before we can re-ship the order we will need a deliverable address from the buyer.

Cancelled or refused equipment.
If the buyer cancels or refuses any part of an order after it has shipped, the buyer will be held responsible for all shipping charges back to ZeFen and also the standard 30% restocking fee.

Liftgates
ZenFen requests that liftgates are used on all of our shipments, weather you need it or not. There is no extra charge for this.

Warranties on equipment
Every piece of equipment ZenFen sells comes with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Customer returns
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return it, but please read the following carefully. You must first contact our customer service department to get authorization, if you do not contact ZenFen before returning your order, we may not be able to accept it, also keep in mind, there is a 30% restock fee on most pieces of equipment. All returned items must be in resalable condition and in original shipping package. The buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges that incur while doing a return. At this time ZenFen does not buy used or new equipment from individual sellers, nor do we accept returns for equipment that wasn’t purchased from ZenFen.


Important Shipment Info:
Lost or Damaged Shipments.

Upon receipt of any shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment. Here are a few steps to follow when receiving deliveries.
-First of all, make sure that the right number of boxes was delivered. Just make sure everything you ordered is there.
-Next, before you sign anything and before you let the driver leave, inspect the package to make sure there is no damage outside the box that could have damage the equipment, then open it and inspect the piece of equipment itself.
-If you didn’t receive all of your equipment or any of the equipment was damaged, you must note, very specifically what was wrong on all billing invoices, before the driver leaves. Make sure the driver has an invoice that you wrote on.
Also if there are any pieces of equipment damaged or missing from your shipment, you must contact ZenFen customer service within 3 days of receiving the order.

If these steps are not followed, it will be very difficult to return anything, and be very difficult to make a claim against the shipper for damage. ZenFen.com will not be held responsible for any damaged equipment that was signed for and not noted as damaged.

Equipment Availability:
ZenFen.com ships directly from the manufacturer, therefore you shipment could be coming from just about any state in the U.S. The time it takes for a shipment to get to you has to do with, both availability and shipping time. The availability is on each product detail page. Availability describes the amount of time it takes before the product can ship from the manufacturer. You then have shipping time on top of that. The availability is not guaranteed, it is a guideline for receiving your order. The shipping time varies, depending on what you order and where you live.
